We hope you love your purchase! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process really easy. Please follow the instructions carefully so your refund is not delayed or void.


Q: How do I make a return?

1. Send us a message to hello@wewearliberty.com
2. Use the following email subject line: "RETURN" followed by the order number.
3. In the body of your message list the product number you want to return, and quantity if applicable
4. Indicate the reason for your return.
5. Your return package must not weight more than 2KG. If your return package weighs more than 2 KG you will be responsible to provide the appropriate postage to your post office.
6. Print the return label provided by We Wear Liberty and securely tape to the outside of your return package
4. Drop off your return package at the nearest post office.


Q: How long do I have before making a return?

Your return package must be postmarked within 45 days of the purchase date. No returns postmarked after 45 days from the purchase date will be accepted.


Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide (See "How do I make a return?" above, for details), then return the package post marked within 45 days from the purchase date.


Q: How will I get my refund?

1. Refunds will be processed within 20 days after we receive your package.
2. We will NOT refund the original shipping fees and insurance. Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
3. During high volume seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 2 weeks may be required to process your refunds. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

DO NOT send your return items to any return address on your original package. This is not the address for product returns - doing so will negatively affect the processing of your return. You should only send return items it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.

We DO NOT accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without requesting a return authorization first.
