Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process really easy. Please follow the instructions carefully so your refund is not delayed or void.

5. You will get a confirmation email with an RMA # and return address once the return request is approved
7. Clearly mark your package with the RMA number provided
• Clothing must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition
• Clothing must be returned in the original packaging
• Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable
• Sale items are not eligible for returns or refund
• Your return package must be postmarked within 20 days of the date of delivery.
• No returns postmarked after 20 days from the date of delivery will be accepted.
• During high volume seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 2 weeks may be required to process your refunds. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
• You are responsible for shipping costs for item returns
