Shipping policy

Shipping times below are approximate only and are from the date of shipping, NOT the date of order. The time to process your order before the ship date is approximately 3 - 6 days. Shipping can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or weather delays.

Please open an investigation with your shipper within 1 month (30 DAYS) of ship date if the package has not arrived within the estimated shipment window. See below for Damaged, Lost or Stolen shipments.

Note that requests submitted after 30 days of ship date may not be accepted.

We Wear Liberty is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen shipments.

We Wear Liberty takes every precaution to ensure your package arrives in good condition, but unfortunately, beyond our control, packages are sometimes damaged, lost or stolen.

If your package is damaged, lost or stolen you must take the following steps to recover your costs.

• contact the shipper to open an investigation, and follow the procedures for an investigation outlined by the shipper.
• once an investigation is completed, you can then open a claim to recover your costs.
